Does happiness have sound?
We surround ourselves with noise. We so get used to the noises around us so we develop the ability to suppress them and pretend they don’t exist. In fact, sound affects us in four different ways:
Sound affects us physiologically all the time from breathing, heart rate, hormone secretions even your brain wave calms you down.
Sound affects us psychologically. Music can change our moods very quickly. Different type of music leads us to different emotion.
We cannot understand when two people talking at the same time.
Have you ever been annoyed by sound such as from the Alarm clock? That’s how sounds can affect our behavior.
